EFD-Reinf messaging
Guidis Reinf organizes EFD-Reinf messaging without scattering evidence across spreadsheets, email or parallel screens. Batches, technical returns, reports and proofs stay in the same trail.
The technical trail does not end at submission. It continues through webhook, lookup, artifact, report and proof, so the team can close the operation without losing a receipt, environment or reference along the way.
Messaging components
- Batches and events - a single request tracks individual events, the batch and the operational stage, by period and environment, with closings, reopenings and exclusions in the same design.
- Webhook and technical reads - webhook, history and reports make explicit what has already returned and what still needs action, with configuration, reading and resend.
- Artifacts and proofs - receipts, protocols, XMLs and proofs stay in the same materialized trail, with a monthly proof per period and less manual rebuilding of evidence.
Messaging flow
- Register the request - materialize the preview and open the fiscal trail in the same public contract.
- Track the batch - see states, receipts, protocols, returns and artifacts without leaving the period.
- Complete the evidence - webhook, reports and proofs stay consistent with what the API recorded.
What changes in the routine
In practice, messaging stops being a loose return and becomes part of the period operation. Request, event, batch, protocol, receipt, XML, webhook and proof stay connected by taxpayer, environment and period.
This reduces manual rebuilding of evidence when someone needs to answer an operational question, resend a webhook, check a closing or prove what was effectively submitted.
See the Reinf API coverage for the endpoints involved.
